By using our website, making a booking, purchasing tickets, or entering Aura Tunbridge Wells, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or attending the venue.

1. General

Aura Tunbridge Wells reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website, services or venue means you accept the updated terms.

2. Entry to the Venue

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity, licensing rules, safety requirements and management discretion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest who is intoxicated, abusive, disruptive, underage, improperly ID’d, or in breach of our rules.
  • All guests must comply with our age policy, dress code, search policy and last entry time.

3. Dress Code

Our dress code is grown and sexy.

Not permitted:

  • Ripped jeans
  • Shorts
  • Tracksuits

Hoodies and hats may be worn, provided they are in keeping with the overall outfit.

Security and management reserve the right to refuse entry where clothing is deemed inappropriate for the venue or event.

4. Age Verification and Licensing

Aura operates a strict 18+ policy unless a specific event is clearly advertised as an exception.

  • ID is essential
  • No ID scanners are in place
  • Fake IDs will be confiscated
  • Search policy applies to all guests
  • Bags may be searched and pat-downs may be required

5. Tickets and Events

  • All event tickets are subject to availability.
  • Tickets may be sold via Aura or via third-party platforms such as Skiddle, Fatsoma or similar services.
  • Ticket prices, line-ups, event times and promotional details may change without notice.
  • Event admission is subject to the event terms stated on the ticketing platform.

Ticket Refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The event is cancelled by us
  • The event is significantly changed
  • A refund is required by law or by the ticketing platform’s rules

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new date.

6. VIP Tables, Bottle Service and Booking Deposits

  • VIP tables and bottle service bookings may require a deposit or minimum spend commitment.
  • Deposits are usually non-refundable.
  • Any remaining balance must be paid in line with the booking confirmation.
  • No-shows, late cancellations or failure to meet the minimum spend may result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Bookings are held for the time specified in your confirmation only.

7. Karaoke Bookings

  • Karaoke bookings are subject to availability and may require a minimum number of guests.
  • Arrival time, duration and room access are as stated in the booking confirmation.
  • Late arrival does not automatically extend your session time.
  • Karaoke deposits, where taken, are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking.

8. Private Hire Bookings

Private hire bookings are subject to a written quote or booking confirmation.

  • A deposit may be required to secure the date
  • Private hire payments and cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing
  • Final balances must be paid by the date stated on your agreement
  • Changes to guest numbers, timings, catering or add-ons must be confirmed in advance and may affect the final price

9. Cancellations and Refund Policy

If You Cancel

If you need to cancel a booking, please contact us as soon as possible at bookings@auranight.club.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking:

  • Event tickets: usually non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled
  • VIP tables and karaoke bookings: deposits are usually non-refundable
  • Private hire: cancellation terms will be set out in your booking agreement
  • Gift cards/vouchers: usually non-refundable once purchased unless required by law

If We Cancel

If Aura cancels an event, booking or service due to operational, licensing, safety or technical reasons, we will offer either:

  • A refund, or
  • An alternative date or equivalent arrangement, where possible

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to banking or payment provider timelines.

10. Behaviour and Damage

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, performers and other customers.

You may be liable for any damage caused by you or your party to the venue, furnishings, equipment or third-party property.

11. Photography and Filming

Aura may occasionally take photographs or video content for marketing purposes. By entering the venue, you acknowledge that you may appear in venue photography or filming.

If you do not wish to appear in published content, please notify a member of staff where reasonably possible.

12. Food, Drink and External Items

  • Outside food and drink may not be brought into the venue without permission.
  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
  • Any prohibited items may be confiscated and may be reported to the authorities where appropriate.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss/damage to personal belongings brought into the venue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
